    Who controls the rented website?

    We do. You provide names, address, phone number, images, and we update the website for you. We'll get everything initially setup. Then, one update per week maximum.

    Will I have login access to the website?

    No. We take care of making changes to the website for you.

    What is a special offer pop-up widget?

    When you're running a special deal for your business, this feature allows you to have it show up in a pop-up window on this website. You can optionally run it full time or only when you are running a special offer. You provide the brief call-to-action message, and we'll make sure it shows up on the website. When the page loads, a pop-up will appear after a few seconds offering your deal. The offer can be simple text or a bit more elaborate with additional text and an image.

    What is a social-proof pop-up widget?

    This feature simulates consumers having taken an action recently, such as having taken advantage of your deal, sharing the website to get a discount, etc.). It acts as a visual cue to a website visitor that others are interacting with your brand. When the page loads, a small pop-up window will appear in the lower left-hand side of the website displaying a short action statement, such as "Jim from Walnut Creek recently shared for 10% OFF!" The pop-up will close down, and another will show up seconds later. And, so on.

    How do you mitigate spam form submissions?

    Spammers are a reality of life. Unfortunately, CAPTCHA tools have been known to either allow some spam form submissions or they can stop legitimate form submissions from getting through. For an extra fee, we manually scan all form submissions and only pass onto you only the ones that seem legitimate to us.

    Do you charge for individual leads?

    No. Unlike other lead-generation websites, you'll never pay for individual leads. This unique approach can save your chiropractic business a lot of money.

    Can the website have my company's branding?

    Yes. We'll incorporate your business logo on the website.

    What happens if I stop paying?

    When a client disengages our service, we remove all branding, contact information, remove content mentioning your business, and make the website available other business owners in your area.

    How many leads will I receive each month?

    That ultimately depends on how much traffic comes from the search engines each month. We do not make any guarantees as to the number of patient leads you may get in a given month. Nor do we guarantee specific search results positioning related to this website.

    How does the payment work?

    We use a secure payment gateway – PayPal – that processes payments on our behalf. We do not store credit or debit card details on our website. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway. You subscribe to one of our plans, and we will begin branding the website to your business. You will be able to cancel the subscription at any time. Monthly (or yearly) payments will be automatically transacted by PayPal, and you will receive a payment notice via PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay with your credit card or use any PayPal balance you may have. Note: Currently, we do not accept any other form of payment.

    Do you offer refunds?

    All sales are final, and there are no full or partial refunds.

    Do I get to keep the multi-site discount if I go back to renting just one website?

    No. The multi-site discount is only for small business owners who choose two rent two or more websites.
